Policy Overview

At ToxTests, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for our customers. We partner with leading national carriers to ensure your professional testing devices arrive safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery expectations.

Shipping Coverage Area

ToxTests currently ships to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes; our carriers, FedEx and UPS, require a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 and above. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This confirms that your order has been received and is being prepared for processing. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Order Processing Time & Cut-off

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, excluding major holidays. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM MST. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. We take care to ensure each order is accurately prepared and securely packaged before shipment.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time from dispatch to arrival.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment. In many cases, delivery occurs within this window from the time your order is placed. While we strive to meet these timelines consistently, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted national carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on the most efficient and reliable delivery method for your specific order and location.

Delays & Exceptions

While most orders ship and arrive on time, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather events, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volumes. If your order is expected to be delayed by more than 2 business days beyond the standard processing timeframe, we will proactively notify you.

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable or requires additional lead time, our team will contact you promptly with updated shipping timelines and available options.
